I was there to pick up some Coke Zero but non was on display. I asked Laura who was stocking the cheese freezer and not only did she go in the back and get me one but when I said I would like 6 she went and dug them out of a skid. They were on the bottom so she had to move a large number of others that were on top. Now that is going the extra mile and she deserves a big Thank You from me and a gold star from Scott. No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ? Read more
